one week

Ok so it has been one week since I started this diet. I know I said I would try to write every day, but I have had a lot to do. Anyway. This diet is hard. I am exercising more now than I have ever in my life. I am doing pilates and an 8 minute abs workout every other night. Then a weight video that my boyfriends mother taught me how to do... and walking on a treadmill and stairstepper and biking when I get a chance. And my total weight loss so far is... nothing. I know I'm building muscles and all that but still. Im not gaining  (yay) or losing. I drink 5 shakes a day and eat one bar. I eat a salad at night with only a tiny bit of dressing.... I cheated the other day and ate at Arbys... Bad no no. But I've stuck to it since then. It isn't as hard as I thought it would be after the first few days. The exercise however... Oy! I don't know if anyone is even reading this or doing the same diet with me but this blog helps me to stay on track. I'm trying not to get discouraged but the scales aren't exactly showing progress. Anyway.. if anyone is reading this... Thanks! and I'll write more later
